A former professional violinist, Stephanie Antoine knows stress-and burnout-from the inside. Diagnosed with ADHD at 40 and managing chronic pain while raising two kids far from extended family, she discovered that the need for rest rises with your stress levels, not despite them.

Stephanie brings deep expertise in mindfulness, embodiment and resilience-building. Her warm, practical teaching style is perfect for people who don’t think they are the “relaxation type”.
